By purchasing with GetPass you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings made with a specific time/date request require a maximum of 72 hours to be confirmed. Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by GetPass. We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements.
If further support or changes are requested for a booking the following fees may apply: booking changes and/or amendments $15 each time, credit card cancellations: 3% of total transaction value.
Credit Card Payments & Charges
GetPass accepts the following payment terms: Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Offline payment (Electronic Fund Transfer EFT) and Paypal.
There is no added surcharge or service fee added by GetPass for processing credit card payments. Full prepayment must be made in order to secure a reservation. Please Note: all final transactions will be processed in Australian dollars and currency conversion is to be used as a guide only.
Cancelling a booking with GetPass can result in cancellation fees being applied by GetPass and/or our operators. Additional fees may also be applicable. When cancelling a booking notification will be given by either email, telephone or message for confirmation. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilised.
Tour products/services/packages: If you cancel more than 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled departure or commencement time/date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 6 and 9 calendar days prior to the scheduled departure or commencement time/date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the transaction total. If you cancel within 5 calendar days of the scheduled departure or commencement time/date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the transaction total. These cancellation terms are subject to change without notice and can be dependent on the individual tour operator/supplier.
Theme parks, attractions, shows or coupon are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Tours or package commencing during a special event period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Including, but not limited to, trade fairs, public/national holidays, school holidays, New Year’s, Christmas, Easter, Ramadan or other religious festivals/holidays.
Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Excludes vouchers that have been booked for a specific date.
Occasionally suppliers and/or service providers are forced to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Example changes are: tour dates, prices, inclusions/exclusions, age/weight limits, etc. Consequently, GetPass reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked with us at any time, for any reason. In these cases you will be offered alternatives, however if you are not satisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. If GetPass has sufficient advanced knowledge of such events, every reasonable attempt will be made to satisfy the customer’s original purchase request.
By purchasing from GetPass you agree to receive future promotional material and updates. If you do not wish to receive these updates please advise upon your first purchase.
Proof of Identity
Some operators may ask for proof of identity/membership upon arrival, as well as their e-ticket to partake in the booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide this and if bookings are forfeited because a lack of, there will be no refunds.
